This mix is the brainchild of Hazel Brugger. The gluten-free liquorice mix was created after her spontaneous visit to kadó for ‘Deutschland was geht’. Here is a delicious selection of liquorice from sweet to salty, which are gluten-free in the sense of the Zöliakie Gesellschaft e.V. With handmade liquorice marzipan on top!
